Chef Arnaud moved to Houston TX in 2015 from France and discovered his passion and artistic creation while cooking and baking for his wife, family and friends.  His dedication to cook at home with an artistic touch made his wife realize Chef Arnaud had a hidden talent. Thereafter, Chef Arnaud enrolled at the Culinary Institute Le Notre obtaining a degree in Baking & Pastry with two levels of cuisine. He humbly says, “When I’m not with my wife and children, you can be sure to find me in the kitchen baking and cooking, because for me this is not a job it’s my lifestyle and passion.”

Our mission is to provide our clients with high quality service and ingredients while offering a line of classic handcrafted artisanal French pastries, desserts, cakes, and classic cuisine, innovating the French traditional pastries while preserving the classic French cuisine.
