Rolled salmon cook in a very slow steamed technique, will be served room temperature

Chicken, white/red wine and brandy sauce, shallots, garlic, tomatoes, mushroom and herbs

BEEF BURGUNDY

Beef short rib bone off, onions, carrots, mushrooms, garlic, herbs, red wine and brandy sauce, cook during long hour at a very low temperature

CAKE ORDERING

For any special event Chef Arnaud will be pleased to create you a cake with his artistic skills while preserving the classic French taste.

Please note Cake Orders need to be placed at least 4 days in advance to create your cake.

For any special cake/decoration or requirements please don’t hesitate to call us, and/or visit us at our location. You and your event are our priority and we want to ensure we capture all details for your big day to be a great success.

Decorations are hand crafted by Chef Arnaud as he will use his talent and creation by tempering chocolate techniques, as well as, the use of almond, sugar dough, wafer paper, and gelatin to create flowers and other decorations.  

Any flavor is possible! Chef Arnaud likes to create and play with all different tastes and natural flavors.

An average of 6$/person will be charged
